Dear friends,
Mary speaks of strangeness, but I have lived enough to know that every scrap of felt carries with it the warmth of bodies long gone. Why should words be different? If they cling to the living and pass from skin to skin, then perhaps we are no ghosts at all, but cloth still binding those who touch us.
